Become part of our global team: You make the difference -YOUMAKEUSShort Description This opening is for Product owner position for the Framework team in AS&A.Description Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the STC platform, focusing on advanced performance analytics for Active Safety & Automation software. Provide technical leadership and support; leverage hands-on experience in C++ and Python to review implementations and guide architectural decisions. Work in close partnership with global software development, Performance analytics and IT teams to gather requirements, identify improvements, and resolve technical challenges. Enabling and supporting validation of ADAS algorithms through generating performance KPIs from field data or simulated data, utilizing and maintaining the simulation tool and necessary server setup. Consolidation of the performance KPI reports prepared by feature teams, reviewing and publishing globally. Becoming single point of contact for simulation server and related IT topics for all the OUs (all brands) Assess software and system issues to find solutions to them as per requirements. Actively engage in the global Scrum of Scrums to drive alignment and agile practices across distributed teams. Ensure all deliverables from DTICI meet the expected quality, cost and time expectation, making sure that team remains as value responsible for ownership topics. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics with 10-14 years of experience inAutomotive Electronicsproduct development (Software Development, System Engineering & Validation) Experience on ADAS domain for validation, understanding performances of various functions like AEBS, ACC, LKA, BSIS and more. Experienced with various validation technique for unit and executing necessary automations projects in preferred languages like python, C++, etc. Knowledge on DevOps and related process which would include CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT Tooling, reporting using PowerBI, handling related IT infrastructure (e.g., data server across the globe). Know -how of cloud solutions so as to define strategies for hosting simulation tools, reporting and data on available cloud infrastructure, considering efficiency enhancement, stakeholder management with IT in various OUs and as required, anonymizations. Intercultural experience working with Germany, Japan and the US Experience with Agile development methodologies and processes
