Position: AI/ML Engineer Location: Bangalore - Hybrid No of Positions: 1 Year of Experience: 3+ YearsStrong experience in GCP and Vertex AIJob Summary We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI to design, build, deploy, and scale machine learning models in production. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of end-to-end ML lifecycle, MLOps practices, and cloud-native AI solutions.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models on GCP Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using Vertex AI (training, tuning, deployment, monitoring) Implement MLOps workflows including model versioning, CI/CD for ML, and automated retraining Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost on cloud infrastructure Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions Deploy models as APIs or batch jobs using cloud-native services Monitor model performance, data drift, and retraining triggers in production Ensure best practices around security, governance, and compliance in cloud ML systems Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processesRequired Skills & Qualifications Core AI/ML Skills Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series (any one or more) GCP & Vertex AI (Must-Have)Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI:Custom training & AutoML Model registry & endpoints Hyperparameter tuning Pipelines (Kubeflow / Vertex Pipelines)Experience with GCP services such as: BigQuery Cloud Storage Cloud Functions / Cloud Run Pub/Sub Experience deploying ML models in production on GCPProgramming & Frameworks Strong proficiency in Python Experience with ML/DL frameworks:TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Experience with data processing libraries:Pandas, NumPYGood to Have Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering Experience with feature stores Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams GCP Professional ML Engineer certificationEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
