This role plays a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the hospital.Role:Unit Quality Head Department:Quality Location:Manipal Hospital, Varthur Road (MHVR)What You’ll Do: Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies. Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness. Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats. Work closely with the Unit Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital. Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with NABH secretariat for accreditation processes. Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.What We’re Looking For: Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent. 4–6 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment. Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
