Job Description

Coordinating Front Office by handling visitors, telephone calls, emails, messages, answering customer and sales queries. Making travel bookings for sales associates (Hotels, flights, train, bus) and supporting with related documents. Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and company travel; manage internal and external communications. Follow up on Sales leads, talk to customers, assist sales associates in conversion of enquiry to sales orders. Managing Office Vendors and supplies. Handling sales orders by phone, email, assisting with quotes, proformas, vendor registrations. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and sales associates’ queries are handled efficiently. Customer and Stakeholder Interaction: Act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and external partners, addressing inquiries and providing information.Qualification and Experience Required:A bachelor's degree with 3 or more years experience in sales and admin support Good administrative, organizational, multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for correspondence, client interaction, and team coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies. Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is preferred.To know more about us, please visit
