It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.>>About the Role: The Business Analyst will lead functional analysis and requirement engineering specifically for Budgeting and Revenue‑related modules in government financial systems. The role includes creating detailed process maps, business rules, and validation frameworks while working closely with government stakeholders.>>Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement analysis for budget formulation, execution, and revenue management modules. Prepare detailed data mappings, business rules, and validation matrices. Document functional specifications and support system design discussions. Conduct as-is and to-be process analysis for budgeting/revenue workflows. Coordinate with government departments to gather requirements and validate functional logic. Support UAT cycles, issue analysis, and change request documentation. Develop functional manuals and training content for users.>>Required Qualifications & Experience:Education:BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MBA / Master’s in Public Policy / Economics / Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the government sector. Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting or revenue‑related modules. Experience in: Data mapping, Business rule definition, Preparing validation matrices, Budgeting/revenue workflows in government systems>>Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of budgeting and revenue processes in government Solid analytical and documentation capabilities Ability to interact with government departments and senior officials Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and requirement‑management tools Strong presentation and coordination skills Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and enterprise security frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.>>Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of fund flow mechanisms and expenditure planning. Knowledge of government reporting formats and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
