Role Purpose The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for construction and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on timely manpower mobilization, quality hiring, and strong stakeholder coordination to support project delivery.Salary : 5.00 LPA to 7.00 LPAKey Responsibilities Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for construction and infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Partner with Project Heads and Business Leaders to plan and fulfil project-wise manpower requirements. Manage bulk, lateral, and project-based hiring for technical and support roles. Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, and site-level hiring initiatives. Ensure timely manpower mobilization in line with project schedules and delivery timelines. Manage recruitment vendors and manpower consultants, ensuring performance, quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to meet fast-paced project demands.Key Requirements / Eligibility Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred. Exposure to highway, metro, industrial, and large-scale civil infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction manpower planning and project-based hiring. Prior experience in EPC / PMC / Infrastructure organizations preferred. Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive, multi-location hiring. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Previous experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the engineering or infrastructure sector, is advantageousProficiency in recruitment tools and platforms Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
