The role is responsible for closing high-value deals, expanding the regional pipeline, and supporting sustainable business growth, requiring 9+ years of proven experience in Business Development of Real Estate- Operations, Maintenance, Consultancy & Advisory, and strong regional market expertise.Key Responsibility Areas:This job involves identifying new business opportunities, researching target markets, building relationships with potential clients, and creating strategies for growth and increased revenue. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. Key responsibilities include prospect search, lead generation, client and partner management, and collaborating with internal teams like operations, SMEs, projects, procurement and marketing to develop and execute growth strategies. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to drive long-term company success and profitability. Identify client needs, and innovative solutions/ win themes to effectively position our services and differentiate from competitors. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
