Provide rights to the Users for different Purchasing Systems, based on the request received. Document and forward complex issues to IT Team and resolve the issues at the earliest. If needed, take the support from Support Center located at our Headquarter. Maintain Quality and Standards of the Support. Keep themselves up to date for the New Systems and deepening the expertise in the existing topics. Prepare the training documents / presentations as per the requirement.
