Backed by experienced market professionals, we are committed to helping clients make informed investment decisions.About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Support Executive to support clients actively trading in stock and commodity markets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth trading experiences — from account onboarding to order execution support — while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a stockbroking or commodity trading firm who thrives in a fast-paced, market-hour environment.What You’ll Be Responsible For Serve as the first point of contact for trading clients via phone, email, chat, and tickets Support account opening, KYC verification, and smooth onboarding Handle queries related to equities, derivatives, F&O, and commodities Assist with order placement, trade confirmations, margins, brokerage, and settlements Troubleshoot issues across web, mobile, and desktop trading platforms Escalate urgent trading or technical issues promptly to internal teams Professionally resolve client concerns and complaints within defined timelines Guide clients on contract specifications, trading processes, and basic market operations Collaborate with Dealing, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all client interactions Ensure strict adherence to exchange regulations and internal compliance standards✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in stockbroking or commodity trading operations/support Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, F&O, and commodity markets Familiarity with trading platforms and back-office systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask during live market hours Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetWhat Makes You a Great Fit Customer-first attitude with strong ownership High attention to detail — accuracy matters in trading Ability to stay composed during market volatility Strong team coordination skills Professional integrity and confidentiality
