We are looking for a highly skilled and creativeInterior Designerto lead end-to-end design projects, manage client relationships, and deliver functional, aesthetic, and high-quality interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience handling residential/commercial projects independently. Key Responsibilities Lead complete project lifecycle from concept design to execution. Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Present design proposals and material boards to clients with clarity and confidence. Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are maintained. Oversee site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs. Manage junior designers/draftsmen and guide them throughout project stages. Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design technologies. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture. 2–5+ years of proven experience as an Interior Designer. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and industry standards. Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Preferred Experience with residential modular interiors / turnkey projects. Knowledge of project management tools. Vendor and material networking.
