As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance function.Role Overview The Legal Intern will assist the Legal & Compliance team in managing contracts, vendor agreements, intellectual property matters, regulatory compliance, and internal documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations within a fast-paced marketing and digital ecosystem.Key Responsibilities ● Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts including: ○ Client agreements ○ Vendor contracts ○ NDAs ○ Service agreements ○ Influencer and talent contracts ● Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, IP, advertising, and data protection laws. ● Support compliance tracking and regulatory documentation. ● Maintain and organize contract databases and legal records. ● Assist in reviewing marketing campaigns from a regulatory and risk perspective. ● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, clarifications, and contract execution. ● Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team as required.Eligibility Criteria ●Final-year LLB (3-year or 5-year course) students who are available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship. ● Strong understanding of contract law and corporate/commercial law. ● Excellent drafting and legal research skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills ● Prior internship experience with a law firm or in-house legal team. ● Basic understanding of intellectual property, advertising, and data protection laws. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What You Will Gain ● Practical exposure to in-house legal operations at a leading marketing agency. ● Hands-on experience with real-time commercial contracts and compliance matters. ● Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, tech, and production). ● Insight into legal challenges within the advertising and digital ecosystem.Stipend Paid internship as per company policy
