They provide expert services across areas such as health and safety, fire safety, asbestos management, water hygiene, working at height, and professional training — all designed to support regulatory compliance and effective risk management.Role overview They are looking for aQA Engineerto ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of their software products. You’ll design and execute manual and automated tests, identify defects early, and work closely with developers, product, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality, stable releases.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end testing for applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Design, build, and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Identify, log, and track defects, working with developers to validate fixes. Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and development teams to support planning, releases, and quality improvements. Contribute to QA processes, standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.Experience Essential: 5+ years’ experience in QA roles. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and both manual and automated testing. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Desirable: Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright), API testing, or cloud/SaaS applications. Exposure to performance, security testing, or compliance-driven environments.This role offers the chance to influence QA strategy, improve testing practices, and help ensure reliable, high-quality software releases.This is a hybrid position paying up to INR 1,698,930 per annum.
