Customer Success Manager – US ClientsLocation:On-site – Noida, Sector 4 Shift:US Shift Experience:5–10 Years Company:Maven Workforce Working Days:5 Days (Mon–Fri) Facilities:One-side drop cab (within 15 km), Dinner providedRole Overview Maven Workforce is hiring aCustomer Success Managerresponsible for managing and growing relationships with US clients. This is a pure Customer Success role focused on value delivery, engagement, retention, and account expansion — not recruitment or sourcing. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and proactively solving problems before they escalate.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end client relationship post onboarding Conduct regular meetings, business reviews, and engagement calls Understand client goals and align services to business outcomes Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention Act as the voice of the customer internally Handle escalations with proactive and solution-oriented approach Perform smart and active problem solving before issues impact delivery Build stakeholder relationships and trust across client organization Drivecross-selling and upselling opportunitieswithin existing accounts Identify growth opportunities and expand account footprint Create engagement plans and maintain communication cadence Track success metrics such as CSAT, retention, and account health Collaborate with internal teams to improve service qualityRequired Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years experience inCustomer Success (Staffing industry) Experience handling US clients Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with ownership attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and consultative approach Analytical thinking and smart problem-solving ability Ability to work in US shift from officePreferred Profile Background in staffing / recruitment consultancy Experience managing enterprise or multiple accounts Proven track record in retention, expansion, and revenue growthBenefits 5-day working week Dinner facility One-side cab drop (within 15 km radius) International exposure Growth-driven environment
