Role Title: Delivery Manager – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Functional) Experience:13–20 years (minimum 6–8 years in Dynamics 365 F&O) Location:India (Client-facing – US Projects / Global Delivery) Only Tamilnadu and Bangalore candidates are eligible Employment Type:Full-TimeRole Overview We are seeking an experiencedDynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Delivery Managerto lead end-to-end solution delivery for global implementations, primarily supporting clients in theUnited States . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in D365 F&O, proven presales capabilities, excellent client communication skills, and hands-on experience managing teams and project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technology solutions while ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects. Manage project scope, timelines, risk, and quality across multiple workstreams. Ensure successful planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Drive governance, reporting, and delivery best practices. Functional Expertise Provide functional leadership across Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting. Translate business requirements into functional solution design. Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with business processes. Presales & Solutioning Support presales activities including requirement workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal creation. Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client presentations. Collaborate with sales teams to define solution strategies and delivery plans. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary functional point of contact for US-based stakeholders. Conduct workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive-level discussions. Ensure excellent client communication and relationship management. Team Management Lead and mentor functional consultants and cross-functional teams. Allocate resources, manage performance, and ensure skill development. Promote collaboration between onsite and offshore teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of ERP experience with at least 6+ years inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functionalroles. Strong experience inUS client projectsor global delivery environments. Proven experience indelivery managementand team handling. Hands-on experience inpresales , estimations, and solution demonstrations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of finance and business processes. Experience in Agile / Waterfall implementation methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications. Experience handling multiple global projects simultaneously. Exposure to integration, reporting, and data migration strategies. Prior experience working with onsite-offshore delivery models.
