Company Description Nayak Power Systems Private Limited is the authorized representative of PSCAD, a leading simulation tool for analyzing power system transients and simulating time-domain instantaneous responses. The company is also a distributor for RTDS, Canada’s Real-Time Digital Simulator, enabling high-speed electromagnetic transient simulations and hardware-in-the-loop applications. Additionally, Nayak Power Systems represents DSATools from Powertech Labs and EasyPower Arc Flash analysis tools from Bentley Systems in India, providing advanced solutions for power systems analysis and testing.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Power Systems Simulation Specialist. Day-to-day tasks include conducting power system simulations, developing PSCAD, TSAT and SSAT, PSSE cases and work on RSCAD based HIL simulations like PPC testing as part of consultation projects.Qualifications Polite and intelligent with strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities to solve technical challenges effectively Proficiency in utilizing advanced simulation tools like PSCAD, RSCAD/RTDS, etc. Solid communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear technical explanations Knowledge relevant to power systems and simulations Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field Experience with PSCAD, RSCAD/RTDS, DSATools, or PSSE is preferred Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and work collaboratively within a team
