Review data for anomalies or inconsistencies and escalate findings timely investigation and correction. Assist in root cause investigations for reporting or documentation issues by providing accurate frontline insights and supporting the recording of corrective actions. Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines, service level commitments, and operational deliverables across the Talent Management Delivery team. Support routine workflow management, including tracking task progress, updating logs, and ensuring assigned activities are completed on time. Respond to routine reporting and performance administration inquiries using approved scripts, templates, and job aids. Ensure all interactions meet confidentiality, data security, and documentation consistency requirements. Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to strengthen reporting skills and process understanding across the team. Assist with updates to job aids, SOP components, and documentation when directed, ensuring alignment with current procedures. Contribute frontline observations and suggestions that support process improvements, data quality enhancements, and operational efficiency. Participate in team initiatives and improvement activities assigned by leadership. Remain flexible and available to support rotational shifts as required by business and client needs, ensuring consistent delivery of reporting and performance administration activities. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting HR operations, performance administration, or shared services delivery. Experience applying SOPs, documentation guidelines, and process checklists within People functions. Ability to complete detailed, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency. Strong English proficiency. Knowledge of performance documentation workflows, HR processes, and cyclical people programs. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, gaps, or incomplete information. Clear communication skills using templates, job aids, and standardized language. Comfort working with HR systems, dashboards, and administrative tools. Continuous improvement mindset focused on simplification and reducing errors.
