With certified consultants and a 24/7 support center in India, Connate delivers innovative solutions for its clients’ success.Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing (WIP, routing, BOM) and Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets). Manufacturing Focus : Manage inventory, procurement, production planning, shop floor control, and landed cost calculations. Financial Expertise : Configure and optimize financial modules, including multi-currency and multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) setups. Requirements & Design : Analyze business processes, create Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and map requirements to NetSuite best practices. System Optimization : Design custom workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting to enhance efficiency. Project Lifecycle : Handle data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation and enhancements. Domain Expertise : Proven understanding of cost accounting principles (variance analysis, job costing) and supply chain management. Technical Knowledge : Strong command of NetSuite functional configuration (SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder). Soft Skills : Strong, client-facing communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is highly preferred. Preferred Experience: Working with Manufacturing, Discrete, or Process Manufacturing clients. Experience with NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System).
