Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Sales, Retail, and Marketing knowledge to support and enhance business operations. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive work ethic. Proficiency in time management and problem-solving to ensure operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
