Department - Maintenance Designation & Grade - Engineer (Mechanical) Directly Reporting Positions - Manager-MaintenanceKey Stakeholders JOB PURPOSE Undertake scheduled and breakdown maintenance of plant equipments & plant. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. 2. Responding to breakdowns. 3. Performing periodic inspections on plant machinery and automated system. 4. Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance. 5. Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order. 6. Help support,guide & full fill internal customer requirements. 7. Documenting maintenance activities. 8. Train to sub-ordinates to achive their GOAL & KPI. 9. Working on productivity improvement projects. 10. Maintenance spare management system. 11. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation 12. Having experience in handling Press Machine's Maintenance. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES 1. An ability to work well under pressure 2. Good verbal and written communication skills 3. Relevant technical knowledge & ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings . 4. Problem-solving skills & Team Working Skills.KRA 1. To Improve Operational Safety. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Diploma / B.Tech In Mechanical Engineering With 4-7 Years Of Experience.
