We are hiring aProject Directorto lead large-scaleprecast construction projects (~2M+ sq ft)across commercial, high-rise residential, and township developments. This role will own end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership.Key Requirement: Must havehands-on precast experiencewithat least 2 years on one major projectand exposure to large, complex builds.Key Responsibilities Lead project execution for large commercial/township/high-rise developments. Build and mentor high-performance site and engineering teams. Establish and drive master project schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones. Manage client, consultant, architect, contractor, and vendor relationships. Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and value engineering. Drive QA/QC, safety, and compliance across project lifecycle. Support contract negotiations, risk management, and pricing decisions. Ensure timely billing, collections, and project reviews with leadership. Implement construction technologies and process improvements. Liaise with government authorities and ensure statutory compliance.Ideal Profile 20–25 years in construction with strongon-site execution leadership . Proven track record onlarge precast/high-rise projects(residential & commercial). Experience managing2M+ sq ft developments .
