We are proud of our international team and large global partnerships with leading clients.The Position:As a Games Tester, you’ll work closely with our Games Development Team and play a key role in delivering high-quality gaming experiences. You'll be involved throughout the entire game development lifecycle, ensuring that every game released is polished, stable, and engaging.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Test and Compliance Manager to define, develop and implement testing practices for the company. Help support junior members of the testing team. Report on all testing, and keep stakeholders updated on the quality of both individual components (e.g. specific games). Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other testers in a distributed team environment to define and implement business facing integrations with suitable manual tests, as well as utilising appropriate tools to assure build quality. Champion good testing practices including requirements elicitation, acceptance test definition, test writing, exploratory testing, and possess the ability to deal effectively with uncertainty and alternative points of view. Undertake exploratory as well as structured manual testing. Develop and enhance automated tests where appropriate. Lead investigations into defects and potential exploits of the system. Raise, track, and have ownership of issues through to resolution. Share knowledge via documentation, training sessions and presentationsThe most important attribute is a commitment and enthusiasm for quality and enabling a culture of consistent high-quality product delivery by developing smart systems that deliver great feedback.Desired Experience Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a QA testing environment. Comprehensive knowledge of software testing fundamentals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Well organised and able to prioritise Manual testing experience Automation testing experience Jira and Test Rail or similar Integration, System and E2E testing in an Agile environment. ISEB/ISTQB qualificationBonus Experience Gambling based game or mathematical background. Languages testing experience. Experience managing and training a team locally and remotely. Familiarity with Playwright and TypeScript for automated testing.The ideal candidate will Have a solid background in testing. Be able to work under pressure.
