This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments and has successfully built or scaled premium brands in the US market. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Strategy & Market Entry Design and execute a US-focused GTM strategy tailored to a premium, high-AOV FMCG product. Define channel prioritization across D2C, Amazon US, specialty retail, and B2B/corporate gifting. Establish a pricing, positioning, and distribution roadmap aligned with premium brand strategy. Identify early adopter customer segments and market-entry opportunities. Sales & Revenue Generation Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from scratch. Drive outbound outreach, distributor conversations, and partnership development. Close early-stage B2B, retail, and bulk/corporate gifting deals. Deliver initial revenue milestones and validate product-market fit. Channel Development & Distribution Lead Amazon US launch strategy and marketplace optimization. Identify and onboard specialty retailers aligned with premium positioning. Develop relationships with distributors, gourmet stores, and gifting partners. Explore digital-first acquisition strategies for D2C growth. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loops Analyze the competitive landscape within premium honey and gourmet FMCG categories. Provide ongoing insights on pricing, packaging, messaging, and buyer behavior. Create structured feedback loops to refine product, branding, and channel strategy.Who Should Apply? Experience: 7+ years of experience in US market sales, GTM, or business development roles within premium FMCG, gourmet food, wellness, or high-AOV D2C brands. Proven Track Record: Successfully built or scaled US sales operations for premium, digital-first brands. Demonstrated experience in Amazon US, D2C growth, specialty retail, or corporate gifting channels. Strong history of closing early-stage deals and building revenue pipelines from scratch. Network Advantage: Established relationships with US distributors, specialty retailers, or B2B buyers. Experience launching international brands in the US market is a strong plus.
