That’s where design matters.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn complexity into clarity and systems into stories — someone who can make data feel human, help decks make sense, and bring impact to life. It’s about helping ideas travel — across teams, across governments, and across the people who make public services delivery possible.What You’ll Drive 1. Visual Storytelling & Design Turn complex ideas about public service delivery into powerful visual stories Design slide decks, reports, toolkits, and frameworks. Design infographics, illustrations, and diagrams that show how impact actually happens. Keep our brand design language consistent, curious, and alive.2. Event & Experience Design Build identities and visuals for all eGov events Design collaterals, signage, and stage backdrops for eGov Dialogues, Learning Series, and partner convenings. Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure the design doesn’t just land — it connects.3. Publishing & Brand Collateral Design for newsletters, social media, websites, and publications, keeping everything we create visually coherent and alive. Maintain and evolve our design repository — templates, icons, photo banks, and campaign assets.4. Narrative Design & Concept Development Partner with writers and strategists to turn impact into stories and process into pictures.You’ll Thrive Here If You See design as a way of thinking, not just execution. Can work in Adobe, Figma, or Canva, but think beyond tools. Get a thrill from turning a 30-slide deck into a powerful storyline Are equally at home in complexity, typography, and glorious chaos. Love collaboration, constructive feedback, and deadlines that actually matter.Preferred Background 2–5 years of experience in visual design, communication design, or storytelling. A portfolio that shows brains and heart — not just polish. Strong grasp of layout, typography, and narrative flow. Experience in social impact, tech-for-good, or systems design is a plus.
