Foster collaboration across teams and promote a culture of innovation and customer focus. Work closely with vertical segment leaders to ensure solution development aligns with strategic goals and focus applications. Ensure allocation of support from the wider eInfochips engineering team to leverage the expertise needed to build out the solutions and understand customer design challenges for the focus applications within the vertical segments. Partner with technology experts in ESC to ensure consistency with technology roadmaps and Arrow’s supplier strategies. Oversee the creation of technical collateral, including application briefs, solution block diagrams, whitepapers, presentations, and other resources that articulate design considerations and solutions. Deliver training sessions to Arrow field teams to enhance their technical knowledge and solution-selling capabilitiesRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in either of these vertical segments – Medical, Automotive, Embedded, Industrial Automation, Factory Management or Building control, with a deep understanding of key technologies and customer design challenges. Proven experience in solution architecture, applications engineering, or technical leadership in the electronics industry. Prior experience in Product Development Life Cycle in any of the vertical above. Prior experience managing or mentoring technical teams preferred. Good understanding of market trends and the operational roles of field sales and engineers Proficiency in general Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized and structured approach to work.
