About the RoleWe are a fast-growing eCommerce + manufacturing company in the gardening space. We are hiring a Business HR (Virtual HR) who will own the complete HR function end-to-end — hiring, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance filings. This is a hands-on execution role, working directly with the founder, and coordinating with on-ground supervisors for daily implementation.Key Responsibilities (End-to-End)1) Recruitment & Hiring (Priority)Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → joiningHire across office + operations roles (customer support/telecalling, warehouse/factory, admin, etc.)Maintain daily hiring tracker (pipeline, follow-ups, offer drops, joining ratio)2) Onboarding & DocumentationOwn onboarding checklist and documentation process for every new joinerCoordinate joining formalities with on-ground supervisors/admin (document collection, letters, induction)3) HR OperationsManage attendance/leave processes and maintain employee recordsHR letters/templates (offer, appointment, warnings, confirmations, exits, etc.)Employee relations basics: grievances, discipline coordination, escalation management4) Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Ownership + Filings)Manage payroll processing coordination and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions, leaves)PF: generate challans, file PF returns and ensure timely complianceESIC: generate challans, file ESIC returns and ensure timely compliancePT (Professional Tax): filings and payments as applicableCoordinate/ensure other labour compliances (as applicable): registers, returns, contractor compliances, wage compliance documentationCoordinate with CA/payroll vendor if required, but ownership of compliance calendar and closure remains with HR5) Reporting & SystemsWeekly reporting to founder: hiring status, attrition, attendance exceptions, compliance statusImprove HR processes and implement systems (Google Sheets/HRMS/ATS) for efficiencyMust-Have (Minimum 5 years)5+ years experience in end-to-end HR Generalist / People Ops / HR OpsStrong hiring ownership + joining conversion (not just coordination)Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT and statutory compliance filingsPayroll process understanding + ability to run compliance calendars and closuresFluent in Hindi and EnglishStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ATS/HRMS familiarity is a plusPreferredeCommerce/D2C or operations-heavy industries (manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, retail, BPO)Experience hiring operations roles and managing blue-collar workforce complianceSkills (Must-have)Human Resources, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, End-to-end Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Documentation, Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll Processing/Coordination, Provident Fund (PF) Filing, ESIC Filing, Professional Tax (PT) Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Excel/Google Sheets, ATS/HRMS.How to ApplyEmail your CV to with subject:“Application – Business HR (Virtual HR) – Remote”Include: current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, current city, hiring volume (hires/month), and confirmation of PF/ESIC/PT filing experience.
