This role requires strategic thinking, deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a target-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities·       Manage and grow the LinkedIn profile professionally·       Send only meaningful and targeted connection requests·       Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator·       Identify businesses matching our Ideal Customer Profile (₹5 Cr+ turnover or 20+ employees)·       Research competitors and their LinkedIn strategies·       Post content daily related to AI, automation, finance, and process transformation·       Reply to comments, DMs, and nurture conversations·       Initiate conversations and book qualified meetings·       Maintain lead tracking sheet and provide weekly performance reportsRequired Skills·       Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation·       Strong understanding of targeting filters and ICP-based prospecting·       Good written English and professional communication skills·       Ability to research company turnover and employee size·       Basic understanding of AI, automation, finance, or B2B services (preferred)·       Self-driven and disciplined (Work From Home role)Performance Expectations·       Daily prospecting activity·       Meaningful conversations (not random connections)·       Consistent meeting generation·       Lead-to-closure contributionIdeal Candidate Profile·       Serious about career growth·       Understands B2B lead generation·       Target-oriented and performance-driven·       Looking for long-term opportunity
