These AI agents engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across voice, video, chat, and messaging channels, trained on brand-specific knowledge bases and deployed at scale across global markets. The foundation is live. Now we need a Principal PM to own the next phase — expanding use cases, driving quality and correctness at scale, deepening vertical integrations, and establishing AI differentiation that makes RepTwin the category leader in pharma AI engagement. This is not a role where you inherit a stable product and optimise metrics. This is a role where you define what the product becomes, make hard prioritisation calls every week, and ship alongside a lean team of builders who release weekly.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and maintain the product roadmap across a rolling horizon, making trade-off decisions across the five pillars above based on revenue impact, client feedback, and technical feasibility. Conduct competitive analysis across pharma AI engagement and identify positioning opportunities. Translate business priorities into a structured, weekly-shippable execution plan for a lean engineering team. Present roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders. Product Development & Execution Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem framing and PRD authoring through to launch, measurement, and iteration. Write clear, engineering-ready specifications: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system prompt templates for AI agent behaviours. Work directly with builders in weekly sprint cycles. This team ships large changes every week — you need to keep pace. Own the definition of "done" for every feature. If a use case isn't demo-ready, it hasn't shipped. User Experience & Enablement Collaborate with design to deliver polished, intuitive experiences across the admin dashboard (deployment configuration, knowledge base training, analytics) and the end-user engagement layer (chat widget, voice calls, WhatsApp). Design onboarding flows that let new clients go from sign-up to live deployment with minimal friction. Create sales enablement materials: demo scripts, use case playbooks, and benchmark reports that the commercial team can use independently. Data, Measurement & Optimisation Define KPIs for every product surface: use case conversion rates, training module completion and pass rates, chatbot engagement quality scores, latency percentiles, integration sync reliability. Build feedback loops from the Review Genie testing framework into product improvement cycles — every AI response that gets flagged should inform the next iteration. Use analytics to identify drop-off points, underperforming use cases, and expansion opportunities. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary product voice for the AI agent platform across sales, client success, and leadership. Manage competing priorities from commercial teams (we need this use case for a deal), engineering (this requires a platform change), and compliance (this needs regulatory review) — and make decisions that move the product forward. Build relationships with early clients to gather direct feedback and validate product direction. What We're Looking For Must-Have 7+ years of product management experience , with at least 3 years on AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products. You've shipped products where the AI is the product, not a feature. Experience building 0-to-1 products— not just optimising existing ones. You've taken something from concept through launch and achieved product-market fit. Strong technical fluency— you can read a PRD and spot what's missing, understand the difference between a RAG pipeline and a fine-tuned model, and have an opinion on when to use streaming vs. batch responses. You don't need to write code, but you need to think in systems. Healthcare or regulated industry experience— pharma, medical devices, clinical trials, or health tech. You understand the weight of compliance, the MLR review process, and why "hallucination rate" isn't just a technical metric in this industry. Demonstrated ability to work with lean, fast-moving teams . We release weekly. You need to be comfortable with imperfect information, rapid prioritisation, and shipping incrementally. Exceptional written communication . You'll author PRDs, roadmap documents, benchmark reports, and client-facing materials. Clarity of thought in writing is non-negotiable. Bachelor's or Master's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Strong Differentiators Experience withconversational AI, voice agents, or chatbot products— you've thought about latency, turn-taking, TTS quality, and conversation design at a product level. Experience withLLM-based products(GPT, Claude, Gemini) — prompt engineering, knowledge base retrieval (RAG), evaluation/benchmarking, and the challenge of controlling AI outputs in high-stakes domains. Background inpharma commercial operations— understanding of the HCP engagement lifecycle, sales rep workflows, brand marketing, medical affairs, and pharmacovigilance. Familiarity withCRM ecosystems(Salesforce, Veeva, HubSpot) and how pharma companies use them for HCP relationship management. Experience withmulti-language product rollouts— localisation strategy, multilingual content pipelines, regional compliance. What You're Like You default to shipping over planning. You'd rather have a working prototype this Friday than a perfect spec next month. You're comfortable owning a product area end-to-end — strategy, specs, design review, QA validation, launch, and post-launch iteration. No handoffs to "someone else." You have strong opinions, loosely held. You can defend a roadmap decision to the CEO and change your mind when the data says otherwise. You thrive in ambiguity. Half the product areas on this roadmap don't have a playbook — you'll write the playbook. You're energised by healthcare impact. The idea that an AI agent you designed might help an HCP access the right clinical information faster — and that might improve a patient's outcome — motivates you.Qualifications Requirement Detail Education:Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field Experience:7+ years in product management; 3+ years on AI/ML or data-intensive products Domain:Healthcare, pharma, or regulated industry experience preferred Technical:Fluency in AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, API-driven architectures Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication; PRD authorshipWhy Explore a Career at Doceree Be a part of the revolution in Healthcare Marketing.
