We cater extensively to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs and are expanding our leadership presence across key markets. Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic State Head – Sales with 15+ years of experience in financial services and banking. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to managing zonal teams or area managers, driving large-scale revenue, and building deep relationships within the HNI & UHNI segment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a 20–30+ member sales team, including Zonal Heads and Area Managers • Drive state-level revenue growth and achieve aggressive business targets • Acquire, manage, and expand a strong HNI & UHNI client portfolio • Leverage an existing HNI network to generate high-ticket investments • Build long-term wealth advisory relationships with promoters, business owners, CXOs, and family offices • Strategize and execute regional expansion plans • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and large-ticket deal closures • Collaborate with marketing teams for HNI-focused campaigns and investor meets • Mentor and motivate teams to consistently achieve high-value sales targets • Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking Requirements • Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales • Strong Banking domain experience, preferably as a Zonal Head or Area Manager • Proven track record of managing zonal teams or multiple area heads • Experience driving regional revenue targets within banking or financial services • Strong HNI & UHNI client network with exposure to high-ticket transactions • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Highly target-driven, accountable, and growth-oriented • Experience in direct sales and large-scale revenue management is strongly preferred What We Offer • Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives • Opportunity to lead a high-growth market (Bangalore) • Strategic leadership role with strong career progression • Continuous mentorship and exposure to premium investment products
