The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure effective management of the organization's financial resources. Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial statements, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing strategies to enhance profitability. The role will involve close collaboration with other departments to assess financial risks and support decision-making processes.Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise in Compliance, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Requirements Experience in Accounting Practices, Financial Reporting, and Taxation Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Effective Communication Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is highly desirable Previous experience in financial management, preferably within the food or agricultural industry, is a strong advantage Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mangaluru
