Learn more at ./Job Description: Responsibilities: We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team in building intelligent, scalable ML systems that power next-generation educational experiences. If you're passionate about building robust ML pipelines and working with large language models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems in the education domain, this role is for you. Build and maintainscalable ML pipelinesfor both structured and unstructured data (e.g., documents, images, user activity logs). Developprompt-basedandretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)systems leveraging LLMs for education-centric applications. Design and implementdata preprocessing workflows , including OCR with Tesseract, PDF/image parsing, and structured record handling. Drive the development ofinternal ML toolsfor tasks such as content moderation, content generation, and orchestration. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to convertvague problem statements into robust, deployable ML solutions . Rapidlyprototype, evaluate , and iterate on models; contribute toproduction-grade deployments . Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and at least two years of experience or equivalent combination.Experience: 4+ yearsof experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. Proven expertise in working withLLMs(OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.),prompt engineering , andpreprocessingof both text and image data. Strong foundation inPythonand libraries likescikit-learn ,Pandas ,NumPy , anddata visualizationtools. Familiarity withOCR tools(e.g., Tesseract),LangChain ,HuggingFace , orVector Databasesare a strong plus. End-to-end experience in building and deployingML pipelines— from data ingestion to model serving.
