Role OverviewThe Social Media Manager is the strategic owner of Elance’s digital brand presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for planning, execution, performance optimization, and team leadership to ensure social media directly contributes to brand authority, student acquisition, and revenue growth.Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Strategic Planning & Brand AlignmentDevelop monthly content calendar aligned with admissions targets. Define platform-specific strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Ensure all content reflects Elance’s academic positioning.2️⃣ Platform Growth & EngagementDrive 10–15% MoM growth across platforms. Improve content hooks, storytelling, and engagement triggers. Ensure consistency in posting frequency. Monitor trends and adapt strategy accordingly.3️⃣ Campaign Management & Revenue ImpactPlan and execute admission-focused campaigns. Work with Performance Marketing team for paid amplification. Track ROAS and optimize based on data. Create funnel-specific content (awareness → consideration → conversion).4️⃣ Analytics & Performance ReviewConduct weekly performance review meetings.
