This role is designed for high-performing, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured, performance-driven environments and are committed to delivering excellence in healthcare operations.Manage electronic health record (EHR) documentation, including chart preparation, encounter updates, and data entry with high accuracy Provide medical scribing and transcription support (live or asynchronous) Process e-prescriptions under provider supervision and ensure timely documentation Review, organize, and flag laboratory results for provider action Support prior authorizations, referrals, and care coordination workflows Manage telephone encounters and patient communication tasks in alignment with practice protocols Assist with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and preventive care outreach activities Support quality gap closure initiatives and value-based care documentation requirements Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, data security, and patient confidentiality standards Meet defined daily productivity benchmarks and turnaround time targets Maintain individual productivity tracking sheets and ensure accurate reporting Participate in ongoing quality audits and maintain consistent audit scores above established thresholds Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve workflow efficiency Proactively identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and reliability in all assigned tasks Collaborate effectively with providers, care coordinators, and internal team members across time zonesPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (BDS, BAMS, Medicine), Nursing or Life Sciences 1–3 years of experience supporting U.S. healthcare practices (medical assistant, scribe, billing specialist, care coordinator, or similar role) Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare terminology, documentation standards, and workflows Experience working with EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Epic, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Strong willingness to explore and adopt new technologies High-speed internet connection and professional remote work environment
