The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and converting potential clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.The role also includes providing product guidance and basic technical support to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, preparing sales strategies, and reporting performance and market feedback to management. The candidate should be proactive, result-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market environment.⸻Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage domestic and international sales • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and distributors • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Provide product training and usage guidance to customers • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution • Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations⸻Qualifications & Requirements • Strong communication and customer service skills • Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory (for international clients) • Knowledge of sales and sales management techniques • Ability to provide product training and customer support • Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality • Good AI and digital tool skills required (CRM, lead generation, email automation, AI tools like ChatGPT, market research tools, etc.) • Experience in minerals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred⸻Salary InformationSalary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and performance.Indicative Range: • Fresher / Entry Level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month • 1–3 Years Experience: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month • Experienced / Export Sales: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000+ per monthAdditional Benefits (if applicable): • Sales Incentives / Commission • Performance Bonus • Travel Allowance • Career Growth Opportunities⸻Contact us :-Email:- business@
