Job Title:Senior Medical Biller (Credentialing | Coding | Billing) Location:Onsite – Noida, Sector 62 About the RoleZennsoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-orientedSenior Medical Billerto manage end-to-end medical billing operations, including insurance claims processing, provider credentialing, and medical coding. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in public and private payer billing, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and revenue cycle workflows across multiple specialties. Key ResponsibilitiesSubmit, track, and manage claims forMedicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurancepayers Performprovider credentialing and re-credentialingwith insurance networks Execute accuratemedical codingusing CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and applicable modifiers Overseeend-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)processes ConductAccounts Receivable (AR) follow-upsand denial management Managepayment postingand account reconciliation Performinsurance eligibility verificationand payer follow-ups Ensure compliance withCMS regulationsand payer-specific guidelines Collaborate with providers and practice staff to enhance billing accuracy and optimize reimbursements Requirements3 - 5 years of experience inmedical billing, credentialing, and coding Strong knowledge ofMedicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurancebilling processes Specialty experience inInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Practice Management Comprehensive understanding ofRCM workflows Hands-on experience withEMR/EHR systemsand medical billing software Ability to manage multiple processes independently and meet deadlines Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills Preferred QualificationsIndustry certifications such asCPC, CPB, CCS, or CCA Experience working withPractice Management Systems Exposure to healthcare segments includingCPM, CPO, and healthcare operations Working knowledge ofU.S. healthcare regulationsand payer policies Diversity & Inclusion NoteZennsoft, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
