Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages. Conduct A/B testing and analyze results using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and VWO. Work with designers and developers to implement conversion improvements.Retention Marketing: Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns to increase repeat purchases. Manage customer segmentation and personalize campaigns using Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar tools. Track and optimize campaign performance to improve CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value).E-commerce Operations: Update products, banners, and offers on Shopify stores. Monitor daily store performance and report insights. Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.Requirements 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or store management (Shopify preferred).
