Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, aesthetic design solutions Handle client meetings, presentations, and design approvals Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors Manage multiple projects simultaneously Oversee design quality, timelines, and budgets Prepare BOQs, layouts, drawings, and 3D concepts Negotiate with vendors and clients where required Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant field Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager Strong communication and client-handling skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities Deep understanding of design execution and site processes Ability to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, and related design tools Must be willing to workon-site Key Traits We’re Looking For:✔ Client-focused mindset ✔ Strong leadership and coordination ✔ Result-driven and organized ✔ Ability to handle pressure and deadlines ✔ Design + business understanding Interested candidates can share their resumes at: Subject Line:Application for Senior Design ManagerHyderabad
