The role ensures seamless execution across marketplaces and the brand website to support revenue growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Performance Tracking Prepare daily sales, dispatch, returns, GRN, and inventory reports across channels. Track performance trends, identify deviations, and flag actionable insights. Working knowledge ofPower BIto support selective reporting and performance analysis.Merchandising & Analysis Conduct style wise sales and returns analysis. Identify bestsellers, slow movers, high-return styles, and profitability gaps.Range Planning Support seasonal and monthly range planning through category, price band, and size-wise performance analysis. Ensure a balanced and relevant assortment aligned with sales trends and business objectives.Inventory & Catalogue Management Ensure accurate inventory synchronization, catalogue and GRN mapping across marketplaces. Manage PDP updates, images, videos, and error resolution. Coordinate with warehouse and tech teams to resolve inventory and listing issues.Pricing & Discount Management Maintain pricing hygiene across BAU and sale events. Map, validate, and execute discounts across channels as per timelines. Maintain master pricing and discount files for governance.Marketplace Operations Coordinate with marketplace teams for listings, PO processing, RTVs, tax, and operational issues. Manage promotions, incentives, and visibility initiatives. Ensure listing accuracy and smooth operational flow across platforms.Campaigns & Visibility Manage PLA campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Optimize catalogue and PDP performance (CTR, conversion).Customer Experience Monitor and act on customer reviews to improve product performance. Support website optimization and content enhancements.Qualifications And Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Experience in e-commerce merchandising & marketplaces Attention to detail in pricing, inventory, and catalogue management Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong coordination and stakeholder management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
