Extensive experience inAgile / SAFe delivery models . Technical Skills: Strong hands-on background in.NET / C# / Core RESTful APIs and microservices SQL Server / relational databases Experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Event-driven and distributed systems Ability to engage deeply in architecture and design discussions (even if not coding daily). Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellentpeople leadership and stakeholder managementskills. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level. Proven ability to managecomplex dependencies across multiple teams and products . Results-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced product environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience inPayments, FinTech, Healthcare Technology , or high-compliance environments.
