Position:Head – Finance & Accounts (CFO Level) Location:Noida Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience:8–12 Years (Post-Qualification)Role Overview A strategic finance leader responsible for complete ownership of the Finance & Accounts function, includingP&L management , financial governance, compliance, risk control, and business partnering. The role will drive profitability, financial discipline, internal controls, and long-term value creation.Strategic Key Responsibilities Own and drive the company’sP&L , profitability, and financial performance Lead the entire Finance & Accounts function with team oversight Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/year-end closure and accurate financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) Drive MIS reporting with actionable insights for leadership decision-making Establish and strengthen internal audit frameworks and internal financial controls (IFC) Oversee statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS compliance Ensure ROC filings and full regulatory compliance Manage cash flow, working capital optimization, treasury, and banking relationships Implement risk management systems and corporate governance practices Drive ERP implementation, finance transformation, and process automation Support strategic initiatives including cost optimization, expansion, and capital planningCandidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 8–12 years of post-qualification experience Strong expertise in P&L management, audit, taxation, compliance, and financial strategy Proven experience leading the full finance function at a strategic level Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
