We work across retail, hospitality, and institutions, pan-India.Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Manager, Finance & Control. The individual will oversee financial controlling, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Key responsibilities will include: Finance & Accounting Foundation: Manage books of accounts as per proper accounting standards. Ensure proper compliance and filing of GST, TDS, and other mandatories including. PF, ESIC, etc. Manage a finance team of 1-3 people to ensure proper bookkeeping and compliance. Reconcile and match ledgers of keypartners and cash flow management. Manage relations with key finance partners at customers. Raw material inventory management, planning && controlwith sales and production teams. Create a finance and performance MIS dashboard for periodic discussions with the management. Drive compliance and payment monitoring of third-party marketplaces. The role requirescollaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and provide insights for decision-making.Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant [Required] 2-4 yeras experience in business finance and control. [Preferred] Strong, working knowledge of Tally [Required]. Analytical, logical thinker [Required]. Comfort with financial statement assessment and analysis. Confident with handling, structuring, and interpreting data. Strong knowledge of MS Excel [Required] Attention to detail and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
