The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing site operations, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks will include coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring & reporting project progress, implementing quality control measures, and resolving on-site issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.Qualifications & Skills Experience in on-site construction management, including working closely with contractors and labor teams Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members Proficient knowledge in Quality Control principles and practices Solid background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, best practices & emerging technologies in construction Knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting is essential Proficiency with project management, engineering design &MS Officesoftware is a plus Experience in redevelopment projects can be an added advantage Experience - 2-3 years Should have own vehicle for within city commuting Interact with employees and be a part of building a strong organisational culture with systems & processes To interact with customers in a professional & efficient mannerSalary 30K to 40K as per qualification, experience & skill levelsLocation Pune and near surroundings
