Key responsibilities include:Valuation Responsibilities:Assisting in land and building valuation assignments Conducting site visits, inspections, and property measurements for valuation purposes Collecting and verifying property-related documents and technical data Analyzing market data and comparable property transactions Preparing draft valuation reports and supporting documents Coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams for valuation activities Ensuring compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirements Supporting timely and accurate delivery of valuation reportsSite Supervision & Drafting Responsibilities:Performing site supervision to monitor construction activities and ensure quality standards Assisting in checking workmanship, materials, and site progress Preparing, reviewing, and updating drawings using AutoCAD Supporting project documentation and technical reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field Basic understanding of property valuation concepts and real estate market fundamentals Foundational knowledge of construction practices, architectural drawings, and structural elements Ability to collect, analyze, and organize technical and valuation data Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn valuation standards, local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with valuation tools/software is an advantage Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a professional work attitude Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to valuation, real estate, or construction is a plus
