You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful go-to-market outcomes.What you’ll do Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the product vision and roadmap. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Own the CPaaS roadmap across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS channels, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high deliverability. Enhance messaging APIs, campaign orchestration capabilities, and real-time event tracking across channels. Monitor deliverability metrics, open rates, click-through rates, spam complaints, and DLT performance to drive optimization. Drive innovation in rich messaging formats including WhatsApp interactive messages, RCS rich cards, and advanced personalization use cases. Write user stories, PRDs, and wireframes; partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases. Ensure the product: Creates a seamless, personalized experience for end users. Drives measurable ROI for our clients. Is simple to integrate and adopt. Partner with GTM teams to ensure product success: Enable sales with the right narratives and collateral. Collaborate with marketing on positioning and campaigns. Support customer success with tools, features, and insights for client onboarding and adoption.What we’re looking for 3–6 yearsof experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2C SaaS or martech environment. Strong understanding of data, databases, and APIs. Strong understanding of CPaaS platforms and messaging ecosystems including SMS, WhatsApp Business Platform, Email infrastructure, and RCS. Comfort with analytics, algorithms, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus. Familiarity with high-volume messaging systems, queue architectures, and distributed systems is a strong plus. Experience working with e-commerce or customer engagement products is an advantage. Ability to write clear product specs and work closely with engineers and designers. Strong problem-solving skills, user-first mindset, and passion for building intuitive products. Familiarity with APIs and API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger etc. Prior experience using some of the following products: Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment, Zappier, Branch, Tealium, Treasure data is a plus.
