The position involves close coordination with stakeholders across Business/Functional teams, Legal, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations.Key responsibilities include timely purchasing of materials and services, contract management, and issuance of purchase orders. The role requires reviewing purchase requisitions, understanding requirements, sourcing vendors, negotiating, preparing comparative analyses, and ensuring on-time contract renewals. Additional duties include delivery follow-up, reconciliation, reporting, and driving process improvements in sourcing, contracting, and purchasing.ResponsibilitiesReview purchase requisitions for accuracy and understand detailed requirements. Manage sourcing activities, including RFx processing, comparative analysis, and vendor selection. Handle contracting and create purchase orders post-approval. Coordinate PO approvals, issuance, and delivery follow-ups. Facilitate reconciliation for pending deliveries, services, and invoices. Demonstrate strong understanding of legal terminology and provide procurement guidance to teams. Knowledge of ERP system (e.g., Precoro, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Oracle). Maintain advanced knowledge of procurement, contracting, logistics, and payment processes. Manage tactical vendors for onboarding, offboarding, performance, and compliance. Define and execute negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives for optimal value. Maintain and update vendor database and key information.
