Senior Accountant Location:Delhi NCR Industry:Hospitality / Restaurants Company:Paschion Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (Call Chotu | Spice Market | YTBC & more) We are looking for asharp, detail-obsessed Senior Accountantwho can bring financial discipline, strong controls, and ownership to a fast-growing multi-brand restaurant group. This role is not just bookkeeping — it is aboutaccuracy, accountability, and controlacross vendor payments, reconciliations, and senior-level financial management.Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor & Payables Control Thorough scrutiny and approval of purchase bills before entry/payment Vendor ledger reconciliation on a monthly basis Ensuring rate contracts are followed and discrepancies flagged immediately Monitoring credit periods and optimizing payment cycles Coordinating with operations team for GRN matching and stock validation 2. Bank & Financial Reconciliations Daily bank reconciliation across multiple accounts POS vs bank settlement reconciliation (Zomato, Swiggy, dine-in, UPI, etc.) Credit card and loan account reconciliation Identifying leakages or mismatches and resolving proactively 3. Director & Personal Accounting Managing personal accounting of Directors Tracking investments, credit cards, EMIs, and personal expenses Coordinating with CA for tax planning and compliance Maintaining confidentiality and high integrity at all times 4. Financial Discipline & Controls Monitoring cash flow and reporting weekly summaries Supporting monthly closing and audit preparation Ensuring TDS, GST entries and compliance documentation are accurate Improving systems for approvals, documentation and audit trailsWho We’re Looking For 5–10 years of accounting experience (hospitality/F&B preferred) Strong knowledge of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or similar Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables mandatory) Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven High integrity and ability to handle confidential information Someone who questions numbers instead of blindly entering themWhat This Role Is Not It is not a basic data-entry role It is not limited to GST filing It requires ownership and independent thinkingWhy Join Us?
