Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible to drive the initiatives and generate revenue for the IFA channel by ensuring maximum market share for Axis Mutual Fund schemes. Primary responsibility of the candidate is to build, develop and enhance relationships across the assigned channel and increase the market share of Axis MF. Timely communication and updates to the channel partner to maximize the revenue. Ensure timely coverage for all existing relationships assigned which should result into effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund, its schemes and all other aspects. Training channel partners on different MF products. Equally important to be well versed with the competition and to be updated about the current market scenario of Mutual Fund products.What makes you a Great Fit? Post graduate/Graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience. NISM VA certification mandatory. Understanding of debt/equity and mutual funds. Good Knowledge of mutual fund regulatory environment. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and should be focus on achieving results and the targets assigned. The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & outstation travel if required.
