You will act as the independent performance lens of the organization.Core Responsibilities 1. Performance & Leadership Audits (Primary Responsibility) Conduct structured monthly and quarterly outlet audits. Evaluate: Restaurant Manager leadership effectiveness Kitchen Head operational discipline Team morale & culture SOP compliance Create standardized scoring frameworks. Present structured audit reports with action plans to Founders & Ops Head. Track closure of audit observations.2. Peer-to-Peer & 360° Assessments Design and execute: Peer reviews Upward feedback (team → manager) Cross-functional feedback Maintain anonymity and fairness. Identify behavioral gaps and leadership blind spots. Convert qualitative insights into measurable development plans.3. Taste Audits & Product Consistency Coordinate regular blind taste audits across brands. Standardize taste scoring formats. Identify product inconsistency trends. Work with central kitchen / chefs to ensure correction. Track improvement cycles.4. Mystery Audits & Service Evaluation Design and manage mystery audit programs. Evaluate: Service behavior Grooming standards Upselling discipline Order accuracy Guest experience Analyze audit trends outlet-wise. Recommend corrective training and accountability measures.5. Performance Review & Improvement Systems Own structured quarterly review cycles. Integrate: Revenue performance Staff cost % Attrition Audit scores Behavioral competencies Design and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Ensure follow-through.6. Data & Reporting Build audit dashboards. Maintain leadership performance scorecards. Present quarterly performance summary reports. Highlight risk zones early.Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 6–10 years in HR / Talent / Audit / Operations roles. Strong preference for hospitality, QSR, retail chain experience. Prior exposure to audit-based performance systems preferred.Capabilities Highly observant and detail-oriented. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Comfortable giving tough, structured feedback. Balanced — can enforce accountability without damaging morale. Data-aware and process-driven.KPIs for This Role 100% audit coverage across outlets.
