Own and manageIT risk, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) . Ensure compliance withISO standards(ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.) and lead internal/external audits and certifications. Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews for infrastructure and managed service providers.
