The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with clients to provide support and resolve their queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, addressing customer needs, communicating effectively to provide resolutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
