Position: Project Manager Experience: 1 to 2 Years Location:Hyderabad, Onsite Package:As per industry standardsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Project Lead to be stationed at a client hospital in Hyderabad to drive successful implementation and adoption of our healthtech CRM and mobile application. The role is critical in ensuring seamless product launch, onboarding, training, and ongoing client servicing to help hospitals enhance revenue and streamline operations. The Project Lead will act as the primary bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring project success, stakeholder satisfaction, and measurable operational improvements.Key Responsibilities1. Product Implementation & Launch Lead end-to-end implementation of the company’s CRM and App at the client site. Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth deployment. Ensure successful product launch aligned with timelines and deliverables. 2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and operational teams. Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. 3. Training & Onboarding Conduct training sessions for hospital staff across departments. Facilitate onboarding of different units and ensure product adoption. Provide hands-on support during the transition phase. 4. Operational Success & Performance Monitoring Ensure the solution improves operational efficiency and revenue workflows. Monitor usage, adoption metrics, and performance indicators. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. 5. Ongoing Support & Servicing Provide on-site support and troubleshoot operational issues. Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and resolutions. Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs. 6. Reviews & Reporting Conduct regular review meetings with hospital stakeholders. Share performance insights and progress updates with internal teams. Maintain documentation, reports, and feedback logs.Required QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Preferably an MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management. Exposure to healthcare IT, HMS, CRM, or digital health solutions.
